Any form of dance helps relieving both physical and mental stress in the body. Dancing energizes all the vital muscles and tissues of the body that in turn recharge the brain resulting in stress-free state.
The body too, after extensive and systematic dancing eliminates the unwanted factors through perspiration which in turn provides much wanted relaxation to the body. Thus the dancing is ideal overall form of entertainment.
After the day’s hectic and hard work profile, if the person wants to get rid of his day’s stress should turn to the dancing for a while and see the difference. Dancing has been basically the expression of social, cultural, aesthetic, artistic and moral values of the society.

These days in music there isn’t much focus on dancing as was the case in the 80s and 90s. I remember groups such as Nsync and the backstreet boys who were all about dancing. Of course I can’t leave out the pop queen herself, Madonna. Talk about entertainment! In fact, I got some Madonna tickets the other day so I hope to see some good dancing there.
